Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
General
This policy explains how EVLV, operated by Fresh Digital ("we"), collects, uses, keeps and protects personal information on evlv.co.il and when our screen is used at events, in line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, and the regulations made under it.
Who is responsible
The controller of the information is Fresh Digital, which operates EVLV. For any privacy matter: guy@aga.digital · +972-52-525-9955 · 37 Shlomo HaMelech St, Kiryat Ono, Israel.
Information we collect
- When you contact us: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, event type, date and message.
- At events where our AI photo booth is used: the photo a guest takes at the screen and the image generated from it, and an email address if the guest chooses to receive the image by email.
- In our games: a nickname only (for example for a leaderboard), with no other identifying details.
- Basic technical information created when you browse (such as IP address and server logs), collected by our hosting providers for security and operation.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare a quote and provide the service you asked for.
- To create and deliver guests' images, and to show them in the event gallery for the event organiser and the guest.
- To run, secure and improve the site and our services.
- To send marketing messages, only with your explicit prior consent, as required by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law.
Do you have to provide it
You are not legally required to give us any information. Without a name and email address we cannot reply to you, and without a photo the photo booth cannot be used.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, databases and AI image generation; they process information on our behalf only, and only for the purposes above. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Transfers outside Israel
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Israel, mainly in the European Union and the United States. Such transfers are made in line with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001.
Minors
Some of our experiences run at family events. We collect only the minimum from minors (for example a game nickname), and parents can ask us at any time to delete their children's information or images.
Your rights
- To see the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Law).
- To ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or inaccurate (section 14).
- To ask us to delete your information, including event images of you.
- To be removed from any mailing list (section 17F of the Law and the Communications Law).
- To withdraw any consent you gave.
How to use your rights
Email guy@aga.digital. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to authorised people, in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete it.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. It stores only small preferences in your browser (for example, that the intro has played or that you paused videos) so the site works smoothly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with the update date.
